This well established Queensland business has been highly awarded through the property development industry and has progressively grown since their inception over 10 years ago. With this growth set to continue and strong growth plans to double in size there have created an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to assist in this growth.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will take full ownership of the marketing function which will include but is not limited to database analysis, market analysis, event management, communications, branding, social media, advertising and award entries. This will incorporate putting together a strategic marketing plan to utilise current systems and process as well as identify new ways to increase brand awareness and sales in line with their growth strategy.
As the successful incumbent of the role you will have a strong working history in marketing with a creative mind in order to put together and effective marketing plan. You will be a motivated and driven person who has an eye for detail, able to work autonomously but also be part of a wider team. You will have a real passion for your work and will take pride in being part of a supportive, friendly and progressive organisation that will support your personal growth and development.
