Well known company who produce a range of highly recognised brands are seeking a high calibre Contact Centre Operations Manager to drive a successful sales focused call centre.
Managing and coaching 12 direct reports within an 85 seat contact centre you will be responsible for meeting call centre financial objectives by, maintaining and improving call centre operations, monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems, preparing and implementing plans, managing system and process improvement and strong workforce planning. You will also call centre stat reports, analyse and summarise data and trends.
You will be key in relationship building with internal and external stakeholders and consistently drive and monitor customer service standards.
You will ideally have 5+ years experience managing all facets and processes of a 60+ seat sales contact centre.
This role is based with the Central Sydney and is paying a range of $100- $140k with bonuses on top.
