Our high profile client is on the market for a talented Workforce Planning Manager for their Contact Centre operations.



This exciting and challenging role will see you produce and optimise staff rosters and develop call forecasts as well as a reporting matrix.



You will analyse and report on trends to the senior executive team on a weekly basis.



You will need to be systems savvy and have a passion for contact centre operations and technology.



We are interested in hearing from candidates with a sound contact centre background and specific workforce planning experience.



You will be methodical, articulate and have exceptional attention to detail.



An outgoing personality, charisma and an ability to engage with your team will also be key to your success.
