Our client very well established gaming organisation is now seeking for a Director of Cage.



This position is provided to oversees the overall operation of the Cage Department, provides a positive work environment, encouraging team work and cooperation within the department and other departments. Department is responsible for distributing monies to gaming guests via check cashing and also providing bankrolls to all money-handling departments. Perform all duties in accordance with the organisation policies and within the realm of the company's Mission Statement. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision of the property.



You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business with minimum of 7 years of experience in the Cage and Credit function, with at least 5 years in a manager capacity.

You must have experience with Vietnamese law relating to cash and credit. Must have hands on experience with cage table management systems and table touch. Must also have experience with rolling chip programs, their compliance background and knowledge about money laundering.

Ability to communicate fluently in the English language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in Vietnamese is encouraged . Must have excellent guest and human relations skills. Must present a well groomed appearance. Must have good math abilities. Must be able to oversee a schedule for a number of staff. Industry experience is critical, requiring an operational understanding of cages and casino accounting, soft count and audit. Must be efficient and able to ensure a seamless delivery of money, chips and paperwork to customers with minimal amount of delay and inefficiencies. Experience in credit handling of pit clerks/money runners is an advantage.
