What are the responsibilities?

* Development and configuration of ServiceNow User Interface according to business requirements.

* Designing and styling the front end of ServiceNow, ensuring that it works in all browsers including some older versions of IE.

* Development of ServiceNow Employee Self Service using HTML, XML, JQuery and connect it to the backend workflows and modules.



What skills do you need to qualify for this role?

* Passionate about ServiceNow

* Thorough and practical understanding of demand management triggers and links to associated processes such as incident management, escalation management, problem management and commercial management.

* High level of Customer Service Skills

* Understanding of Business, Customer and interlinking supplier processes

* Works well as part of a team, and on occasion lone working patterns

* Pragmatic style in addressing the conflicting needs of stakeholders; employees and customers
