This role is part of UTCs Strategic Recruiting Programs office. This team is responsible for over-arching recruitment programming which includes key University Partnerships, National Professional Associations, and development programs like INROADS, First Robotics internships, and many others. In addition the team supports the delivery of overall UTC recruitment processes, and supports the UTC Recruiting Council.



The Recruitment Specialist will help in the delivery and execution of numerous external recruiting events and initiatives. The recruitment specialist role will be heavily involved in on-site event support and coordination during recruitment season.

In addition this individual will work in the recruiting office supporting ACE initiatives, data tracking and analysis, and ongoing outreach to key partnerships. This individual may also be called upon to support the corporate office and UTC-wide functional recruiting efforts as they relate to our external partnerships and external sourcing.



This individual will be responsible for data tracking, and business analytics related to our key talent partnerships, and must have some familiarity with administrative processes and organizational tools (previous ACE experience a plus).
