A well established residential builder with a leading reputation for delivering personalised single and double storey developments across the Perth metropolitan area. With many years experience in the Western Australian residential market, this well respected organisation has developed within the market and has completed numerous high end residential projects. Due to continual growth they are now looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team.



The successful applicant will be responsible for the Estimating single and double storey project's across Perth, ensuring that all projects are correctly costed, be accountable for the take of quantities and arranging quotations. This role will see you work within a vibrant estimating department supporting the Manager.



You will require excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate with suppliers and trades, exceptional time management skills and being able to work autonomously are prerequisites to successfully fulfill this role. Previous experience estimating single storey residential projects would be advantageous.



This role will offer a salary ranging from $80 - $85k plus super.
