This leading global business is seeking the support of an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The role will be based in their Brisbane CBD offices and has close connections to public transport.



Supporting the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for month end processing. Core duties will include general ledger reconciliations, posting journals, preparing profit & loss reports, balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, assisting with budgeting & forecasting, preparing BAS returns, calculating and lodgement of superannuation, payroll tax and PAYG.



The successful will have extensive experience with month end accounting and will have undertaking their CPA or CA studies. You will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. To be considered for this role, you will need to be available to commence within the next few weeks. Unfortunately this role will not suit a recent graduate without any experience.
