As a Senior Associate in this dynamic team, you will be providing top class corporate finance support to assist in various M&A execution projects. You will be taking a hands-on approach in this role and you will be building various financial models to assist the smooth process. You will also participate in deals negotiation and you will also be expected to conduct financial analysis and the financial impact of the acquisition.



To be part of this dynamic business, you will require excellent M&A technical knowledge and solid experience from a transaction background. You will have solid hands-on experience in building financial modelling and you will be a true expert with the execution process of M&A deals. With your 5 years of experience, you will be a candidate with proven track record from a top-tier bank or an insurance business handling M&A projects.
