This leading NFP organisation is continuously going from strength to strength in providing care for their stakeholders.



Currently they are looking for a Donor Development Manager to join their Queensland based team located on the south side of Brisbane. This role reports into the Fundraising manager and looks after all aspects of donor development. This role will be responsible for the strategy of a new donor development plan. You will be responsible for the direct marketing campaigns, integration and conversion of supporters and database management alongside creating and developing fundraising programs.



To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in not for profit organisations, with a proven drive and willingness to go above and beyond in your role. You will be forward thinking with the ability to work autonomously and also work within a team. Ideally you will have a strong background in appeals and regular giving to be successful in this role.
