An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced strata manager to join a highly reputable and well respected agency who is continually seeking to enhance their reputation within all aspects of the Canberra property market.



You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of a portfolio of buildings. Working with a highly professional team, you will be involved with general accounting, budgeting, contract management and communicating with all stakeholders. Experience with strata laws and residential leasing is regarded highly, however attitude, confidence and exceptional people skills are also pivotal to this role.
