Partnering with Project Leads within a NSW Government Department, this role involves process mapping, planning, designing and assisting with a major project to manage a major transition to implementing an enormous change of operations. This is a contract opportunity which would suit an individual with Business Analysis (specifically Process Mapping) and project management experience within a customer centric environment.



You would be required to map all critical areas of the project and work closely with the stakeholders to manage associated risks by understanding interdependencies between operational areas. This individual should demonstrate previous experience in a role requiring the ability to map our complex processes and experience managing the successful implementation of a multi stakeholder project. You will be an analytical individual with good problem solving skills and excellent oral and written communication. This position requires someone who is skilled in the use of SIEBEL and ideally BPay.



To be successful you will be immediately available and able to commit to a six month contract. You will be experienced in mapping and managing multiple projects at the same time and have good negotiation, conflict resolution and consultation skills.
