Marketing Campaign Manager

Manchester, United Kingdom, GB - Marketing and Advertising

Hays Marketing is recruiting a Marketing Campaign Manager to join a fast paced, consumer business in the Northwest region. We are looking for a person with:

Track record in managing and developing marketing campaigns from initial briefing through to execution and analysis, including budget management, with the ability to write compelling, single-minded creative briefs.

Experience of online and offline communications for delivery of fully integrated campaigns with strong digital campaign marketing knowledge, including social media, PPC, SEO and digital display advertising.

Experience in managing email marketing campaigns, driving customer acquisition and retention.

Experience in offline channels including TV, press, radio, print, POS and sales support.

Creative flair and the ability to appraise creative and copy to achieve the highest standards of work.

Media planning experience, working with media agency to build annual plans to support both brand and channel objectives, and managing delivery of those plans.

Experience of working with a PR agency to optimise opportunities in non-paid media to support and enhance the annual communications plan.

An understanding of the brand's positioning and how to ensure consistency in tone of voice and build on this throughout communications.

Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise and persuasive manner

People management experience with the ability to lead and motivate others

Skills required:

Educated to Degree level

CIM/IDM Marketing qualification - desirable

Experience of traditional media planning, such as press or TV broadcast, plus on line marketing activity such as PPC, E-mail marketing, display advertising and Social Media

People management experience is essential as is stakeholder management

Multi channel marketing experience, delivering integrated creative campaigns

Experience in managing media, creative and PR agencies to deliver marketing and creative propositions in line with business strategy

Must have experience working within a commercial business within a similar marketing role,especially via a channel model - desirable

£40000 - £43000 per annum + Bonus
