A well recognized private equity property investment firm focused on Pan-Asian markets within the residential, retail, office and commercial sectors is currently looking for a driven Property Investment Analyst to join their expanding team.



As a qualified applicant, you will focus on building and maintaining investment models and project databases including cash flow and deal flow. You will also collect and prepare research materials, such as demand/supply analysis on a macro level, land searches, company searches, transaction comparable, and building plans as well as analyse key investment opportunities. Liaising with intermediaries and principals of property assets and assisting in the execution of the sale and acquisition of properties will also be a primary focus.



As a successful candidate you will have at least 1 year of professional experience in institutional real estate, investment banking or private equity, with a degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Business or Finance preferred. You will have a good understanding of the real estate market in Asia with proficient financial modelling skills and experience in real estate project analysis. Strong organisational, numeric and communication skills with fluency in English and Cantonese are a must. Fresh graduates with strong academic background are welcome to apply.
