One of the leading global property players has a new permanent job opportunity for an experienced Facilities Management (FM) Category Manager to join their strong procurement function. This is a great opportunity to join a leading global brand name, and in an environment where there is a huge opportunity to make a real impact, particularly as this is a new area of focus. There is a strong opportunity for progression in this role.



Your role would be to head up the EMEA Sourcing activities across a broad range of FM categories which are then delivered across a wide range of corporate clients. Your role will be a key position within the organisation and you would be responsible for realising significant savings through streamlining suppliers and you would be the main point of contact once those contracts are in place. You will be the lead individual in this area and should be capable of encouraging a strong team working culture.



To be successful in this role you should have significant experience of sourcing high-value FM contracts, ideally in a similar environment. You should be a natural leader, with proven stakeholder management and influencing ability.
