Management of the day-to-day operations of the Data and Voice Network delivery practice, including the execution of all relevant ITIL processes (including incident, problem, change, release and config, asset, etc.
• Responsible for people management to sustain a high performance culture, ensuring proper skills, attitude and empowerment at all levels in the organization; selecting and developing managers/leaders to achieve against these standards and cascade those into their own teams.
• P&L accountability for assigned teams
• Set goals and objectives for assigned teams
• Provide daily operational direction and oversight in the management of Service Levels against formal SLAs, including the management of outages and escalations.
• Management of delivery network in North America against formal service delivery agreements with internal partners and external partners, vendors and subcontractors, optimizing footprint and interfaces to ensure.
• Management of delivery costs against agreed target costs.
• Management of productivity program based on measures developed in cooperation with all relevant partners to achieve targets.
• Implementation of operational solution designs, concepts, architectures, standards, tools and processes (reflecting targeted level of consolidation, automation and technical innovation), ensuring systematic feedback from lessons learned.
