Project Manager - Change

One of my clients based in Oxford is urgently recruiting for a Project Manager to join their Programme of Change work, for an initial 6 month contract, which is likely to extend.



You will have recent experience managing a programme of change, working closely with a PMO Manager. Our client is seeking a well educated candidate, (to Degree level, or equivalent), with excellent communication skills, who can add value to a new and demanding programme of work.



The successful candidate will have hands-on experience managing cross-department/ functional business change projects. Our client is also considering candidates who have 1, or 2 years project management experience who are looking to develop their skills further.



Working closely with the PMO manager you will produce clear and accurate project documentation including (Project Initiation Documents and Business Cases). You will create and manage the project plans and all associated documentation (RAID Logs, resource plans, benefit plans, communication plans, and status reporting).



This role requires someone with an eye for detail, who has the ability to adapt their approach to a changing and demanding workload. You will have excellent communication skills at all levels and be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and influence Stakeholders.



Our client is looking for a PRINCE 2 Practioner, or equivalent level of commercial experience working in a PRINCE 2 environment. As well as being an expert of MS Office, Excel Word, Power Point and Project with the ability to produce strong visual outputs.



Above all you will be a quick learner, with the ability to lead and motivate Global Project Teams, to deliver and achieve specific goals to tight deadlines. You will thrive working in a fast paced environment and be eager to develop your existing skills, within a dynamic and growing team.
