Reporting to a Territory Sales Manager you will source suitable live vacancies from both the open market and brokered vacancies, matching them to job ready candidates and making sure that minimum job start, outcome and sustained targets are achieved. Creating and deploying a centre sales plan that will drive open market sales activity.
To succeed in this role you'll need existing experience as a recruiter/consultant within a demanding and fast paced environment, or else have been in front line business to business sales. Any evidence you can provide of formal sales training would be useful, too. You'll need an ability to continually assess and respond to local labour market needs, and be able to build and manage a sales pipeline. You must be resilient, tenacious, able to organise and plan a hectic work schedule, and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. If you can also bring a practical understanding of the welfare to work sector, so much the better.
