The selected candidates will have to demonstrate leadership, team work spirit, integrity, responsibility & ability to work in multi-cultural & complex environments (Sales Administration, Marketing, Operations, HP Financial Services)



  • Reporting to the UK&I Country Manager this role has overall responsibility for securing direct sales throughout the UK&I within the Labels and Packaging market sector including folding carton and flexible packaging

  • Responsible for managing the Labels & Packing sales team and all supporting functions within the UK&I

  • Achieves assigned quota for HP Indigo Industrial products, including supplies & service revenue

  • Strong sales management & solution selling skills are a pre-requisite for this role

  • A hands-on, leads from the front approach

  • Overall responsibility for all aspects of the labels and packaging division within the UKI country operation, including overall strategy and business plan, marketing, internal sales support, new product launches and events

  • Experience in the printing industry in both Litho & Digital required

  • Manages through the L&P team the sales cycle from end to end including Finance, Operations, Accounts and Service

  • Accurate forecasting & funnel management ability within SFDC





Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:



  • University or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Typically 5-8 years of selling experience as a senior sales manager

  • Solid experience in selling to Direct End users in complex Solution Selling environment


Knowledge and Skills Required:



  • Solid understanding of the Graphic Marketplace including competitive positioning

  • Solid understanding of HP's organization & operations, including key business rules, and alignment with HP GBU go-to-market strategies, partner segmentation, key programs & initiatives, structure

  • Effectively sells HP offerings by building strategic relationships and promoting HP programs and offerings

  • Develops account plans

  • Partners effectively with others in the account to ensure coordinated efficient account management

  • Solid understanding of pipeline management discipline and ability to explain benefits


Expect up to 75% of time spent on business travelling within the UK&I
