This disability services organisation offers a range of accommodation, early intervention and day program options. A new role has become available for an experienced speech therapist to work 2 days per week providing a flexible speech pathology / therapy service across a range of clients with intellectual disabilities.



Reporting into the CEO you will provide speech therapy on a day to day basis, delivering services to both individuals and groups and ensuring positive speech therapy support is delivered on a best practice basis. You will produce written reports in line with ADHC requirements and liaise with relevant ADHC clinicians and teams. In addition you will investigate, develop, implement and evaluate best practice in speech therapy applications and outcomes and provide therapy guidelines and support to key stakeholders.



To be successful in your application you will hold tertiary qualifications in Speech Therapy, have demonstrated experience working within the Disability sector and have the ability to organise and administer own clinical work practice alongside highly developed interpersonal skills.
