Our client is an international manufacturing providing advanced engineered goods and accessories in consumer electronics industry. Their innovative business model with integrity solution of product design, development and manufacturing, has achieved much success with top branding clients such as Apple, Samsung, HTC etc.



Now, they are aggressively expanding business. Therefore, an experienced Executive Program Manager is needed to manage the high scale project as well as the compliment of employees.



Reporting to the Director of Client Management, this Manager is mainly responsible for devising, organizing, and implementing the projects. You will define project scope and goals, develop full-scale plans, and effectively communicate the expectations to the team members and stakeholders timely. Also, you will handle resources estimation, budget proposal, progress control, as well as problem troubleshooting. Besides, you will coach and mentor the project team members.



Therefore, to be a successful candidate, you need to have demonstrated leadership, excellent communication skills and independent workability. Master degree or higher in Business Administration or Finance is required. Experience from EMS industry is a plus. Moreover, you should have minimum 7 years working in project management with experience in PMP and Six Sigma. Also, a good command of both spoken and written English is a must as you will work in an international culture.
