Accountant

Main objective / purpose of the role:

This position is responsible for the financial reporting for the entities that are managed in Hong Kong office. He/she will also be responsible for the preparation and loading of financial data before the submission to Divisional and Corporate Office.

Role:

This person will be effectively monitoring and review of all month-end closing deliverables for Hong Kong entities, currently handled by the outsourced provider for accounting services for Entity APAC. This person will be responsible for handling enterprise book and US GAAP book accounting for Hong Kong entities. This person will be updating the Internal control documentation and perform walkthrough testing, assist in annual statutory audit and tax filing and participating in ad hoc projects



Academic qualifications / degree & relevant prior experience:

* Degree holder in Finance or Accounting.

* US MNC exposure preferable with minimum 3 years of solid, hands on accounting/auditing experience

* US GAAP, SOX 404 experience preferred.

* Strong skills in MS Excel.

* Practical knowledge in Hyperion /JDE would be an advantage.
