A long established tier 3 commercial builder in Melbourne's East is looking for a methodical Project Manager. The company deliver projects across a broad spectrum and in recent years have focused on the apartment and aged care sectors across Victoria. The main focus of the Project Manager's job will be to take complete ownership of your projects using your strong technical skills and charismatic personality to deliver high quality projects with outstanding customer service.



With the current market showing signs of improvement over the last 12 months the Project Manager will be overseeing up to two projects at any one time (with the assistance of a contract administrator) up to the value of $20m. The job involves meticulous attention to detail from the front end, the building and maintaining of close working relationships with people at every stage of the project (clients, consultants & contractors), the ability to oversee and manage the master program, negotiate with all suppliers and contractors in order to get the best value for money and the proven ability to bring complex and tight deadline projects home on time.



The right person for this role will have experience across all aspects of project management in commercial construction, you will have come through the ranks from a contract administrator and have shown loyalty to your previous employers. Candidate with experience across aged care and apartment projects will be looked upon favourably.
