This global leading Contract Research Organisation provides full-scale professional clinical based services, including Clinical Operation, Bio-metrics and regulatory affairs consulting, pharmaceutical research and medical communications etc. They are partnering with several global pharmaceutical companies in the market, and now looking for excellent leadership BIOSTATISTICS MANAGER to build one of their biostatistics team in Shanghai.



As a biostatistics manager, you have to develop and lead strategic initiatives for managing the team of statisticians to achieve the overall goals and mission. Also you will engage in business development, such as identify the new business opportunities, represent in clients marketing and technical meetings etc. Resource management is another critical responsibility for you, which includes recruiting process and budget management etc. Moreover, you will act as the internal biostatistics consultant to provide technical support to other team members.



To be successful, at least 4 years biostatistician experience in industry with a PhD in Biostatistics or 7 years with a master or relevant is required. You must have good command of English and Chinese with additionally excellent presentation skills. Previous people management or team leading experience will be polished.
