This leading NFP organisation is continuously going from strength to strength in providing care for their stakeholders.



Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the development and management of all fundraising operations. You will oversee all aspects of fundraising including strategy, grant applications, relationship management and supervision of a small team of volunteers.



As an important part of a small and dynamic team, your duties and responsibilities will include preparing detailed grants and funding submissions, undertaking self-motivated research and following leads to source, initiate and implement new avenues of funding, as well as implementing events-based fundraising; You will be responsible for developing a long-term fundraising strategy; and enhancing and developing all communications strategies.



The successful applicant will have experience in a similar role where you are experienced in utilising social media resources to increase web traffic, sourcing and attending networking opportunities to generating new leads and gain community awareness of the charity. You will also have the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.



The ideal candidate will have prior experience in client relationship management, event planning and marketing strategy within the social media channel. Knowledge and experience within a Not for profit organisation would be beneficial. Previous experience in a sponsorship role and donor development is desirable.
