As a New Home Consultant with you will play a pivotal role in determining the needs of our clients customers and advising on the appropriate home to suit their requirements.

Based at our New Display Home at HomeWorld display center, you will be responsible for generating traffic through our display village and developing and maintaining relationships with local land and property developers, real estate agents, industry partners and the community to ensure we maximize our opportunities for sales.

Reporting to the Director, you will be provided with full training and have ongoing support and development to ensure that you exceed your sales targets.



You must be a high achieving, result's driven Sales Consultant with previous New Home Sales experience. You are a self-starter who can think outside the box in generating leads and sales and have strong networking skills.



You have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to listen, generate trust and advise our customer according to their requirements. You know that building a home is a big decision for our customers and understanding the emotion involved in the process will be pivotal to your success in this role.



You have strong influencing and negotiation skills and a professional attitude and appearance.
