Business Development Manager - Medical/Health/ Science supply


Working closely with Perth's leading medical imaging organisations, we are currently recruiting an experienced account manager/ business development manager on a full time basis to join a highly successful team. With multiple sites in hospitals and community settings, this organisation prides itself in offering high quality diagnostic medical imaging at a professional and cost effective level.



My client is currently looking to take on an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and revenue and increase market share. It will be your responsibility as the Business Development Manager to source for new business, build and maintain client relationships, gaining further business.



Business Development Manager - Key Duties:

• To research and identify trends in markets, organisations and individuals


• To help promote new and existing client relationships


• Pro actively build relationships with relevant clients and gain a full understanding of their needs and insight


• for retention


• Building and developing on new and existing client relationships


• Manage the sales process from prospecting to negotiations to closing deals


• Establishing and maintaining communication with clients


• Attend client meetings promoting services and products


• Matching client needs with appropriate solutions by working closely with the rest of the team


• Working towards KPIs and set targets


• Assist in the generation and distribution of marketing materials


• Building internal and external stakeholder relationships

On offer to you

• Salary up to $85K plus super depending on experience


• Up to $15K car allowance, plus bonuses

To be considered for this role you will need to have knowledge and experience working within the health or science medical background. You will need to have strong, solid business development, sales, account management experience and ideally have experience liaising with various health care professionals. You will need to have proven sales experience and must be able to build strong, solid relationships and work in a target driven, autonomous environment. You will need to have a proven sales track record. You will need to hold a WA driving licence.
