£35-£40,000 + Vehicle + Package



Hays Construction West Yorkshire is delighted to be working exclusively with a leading supplier of bespoke products for the Environmental and Construction industries. The business continues to manufacture innovative materials for use within the sustainability sector, winning multiple awards and accreditations around the country. Due to expansion within the installation division, we are now looking for a Senior Site Manager, Contract Manager designate to help grow the business and manage the increasing workload.



Reporting to the current Business Manager (due to retire within 18 months) and working closely with the installation supervisor, this role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to build a fruitful career. For the first twelve months, the role will include the following duties:



· Day-to-day management of installations on site

· Ensuring installations are completed in line with the agreed contract terms

· Man-management and performance management

· Liaison with suppliers and sub-contractors



As the role develops and your understanding of the industry/product range increases, you will move in to a Contract Manager/Business Manager position and carry out the following:



· Preparing estimates

· Client meetings and job specifications

· Identify and implement improvements to the business model

· P&L responsibility



To be considered for this role, it is crucial that you are ambitious and have the following:



· Relevant site qualifications (IOSH, SMSTS or Health & Safety)

· Experience within the agricultural, renewable, sustainability or construction sector.

· Both commercial and operational skill sets

· Willing to travel
