Part-time HR Manager - up to $100,000 + super pro-rata
This not-for-profit organisation is committed to providing a range of services to the community and has a real passion and commitment to their mission. A fantastic new opportunity has become available for a part-time HR Manager to look after a range of HR duties on a 2 day per week basis.
You will be responsible for providing advice around HR policies and procedures, performance management, managing the recruitment processes and providing support and guidance to management on recruitment, ensuring the effective onboarding of candidates and looking after all day-to-day HR coordination including employee records and contracts.
To be successful in your application it is essential that you have solid previous experience working as a HR Manager. You will have exposure to recruitment and performance processes and will be confident in interpreting HR legislation and policies and providing advice. You will be working with a diverse range of people and will need to communicate effectively and with understanding, and will understand and support the organisation's mission. Ideally you will have previous experience working within the disability sector or not for profit.
