An exciting position has become available for an experienced Regional or Area to join and assist in leading Victoria for this well known, women's wear retailer. This well respected label delivers Australian Designer trends, whilst also constantly having their name on International catwalks.



This role will see you reporting directly to the State Manager and you will be responsible for leading up to 4 to 5 stores to deliver an outstanding customer experience that maximises profitability. You will ensure all stores are merchandised to the highest possible standards in line with brand guidelines. Key accountabilities also include consistent monitoring of all financials and K.P.I's, and taking appropriate measures to uphold and go beyond all expectations. Regular communication and feedback on each store's performance with the State Manager is also a key element to the role.



To be successful you will have a proven record of success in shaping and leading a high performing business in women's retail apparel at a Regional or Area level.
