A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Store Manager to become a part of this exceptional Leading Global Women's-Wear Retailer. Regularly gracing the pages of the top fashion magazines and constantly setting the mark in today's on-trend and fashion forward market through their feminine, edgy and sophisticated designs, this role is the stepping stone for individuals who want to advance their careers within the fashion retail industry.



My client is looking for a powerful and driven leader to be responsible for their established and highly regarded store in Chapel Street. The main objectives of this role is for the Store Manager to lead and direct their team to achieve and exceed results, through regular assessment of individual and team performance levels and ensuring that all employees are aware and comply by company standards and policies. You will also have a clear understanding of the brands qualities, and be clear, confident and committed to abide by them by setting examples on the sales floor to your team. You will also productively and efficiently run your store by managing all controllable costs, keeping to and exceeding all KPI benchmarks and consistently execute and maintain all Visual Merchandising standards to maximise sales opportunities.



To be considered for this role, you must have come from a solid background in Retail Store Management, preferably in a fast-paced, high volume women's fashion environment. You will have a strong ability to manage, develop and set expectations with large teams, through clear communication and on-going coaching. Excellent customer service skills are a must together with the ability to create unique experiences for all that walk into your store. You must also have a willingness and ability to learn and develop through your Regional Manager and be able to analyse relevant information to assist in the growth and performance of your store within the brand and shopping centre.
