A leading organisation responsible for developing Victoria's communities is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to join their team and oversee the management of a large scale development project.



Reporting to the Development Director you will play oversee all aspects of the project's development including governance, bid management, tendering, co-ordination of consultants and internal and external development partners as well as managing a range of civil, building and precinct projects. You will have perform feasibility analysis and structure commercial agreements, ultimately have strong technical expertise in property development, precinct planning or infrastructure delivery.



To be successful you will be immediately available and flexible with a short term contract. You will have demonstrated urban development and project delivery experience ideally with a mix of government and commercial experience. You ability to co-ordinate complex stakeholders and lead outcome based facilitation will be key. A mix of relevant tertiary qualifications and experience within planning, architecture, construction, property or similar is required.
