Fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Procurement Manager to take a lead role in a landmark project.



Leading, managing and motivating a small procurement team, you'll draw on your experience to drive best practice and shape the overarching direction of the project. With a focus on the procurement processes behind high value, high risk capital projects, it'll be down to you to award contracts, managing key commercial risks in order to achieve best value for money. You'll lead negotiations with suppliers and key stakeholders in order to drive more effective ways of working. The role requires you to engage with a wider team - inspiring a high level of performance through integrated and professional commercial support services.



Credible, influential, inspirational, you will have previous experience in either Government contracts and procurement. You will be capable of managing a small team, offering advice, solving issues and meeting expectations. Just as importantly, you'll have the ability to build strong professional working relationships with colleagues and supply partners, and the confidence, acumen and enthusiasm to set high standards and deliver real results.
