Our client is a leading financial services institution. They are currently undertaking a program with the primary responsibility to improve business outcomes through the application of continuous improvement tools and techniques. This role will work in partnership with the business leadership team and your own team.
Working closely with the Business Managers, you collaborate on an overall approach to execute a series of continuous improvement interventions from small scale reviews to diagnostics which will identify improvement opportunities. You will work drive implementation with teams across the business and execute within your own team.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage multiple complex projects and ensure adequate reporting. You will be responsible for leading and coaching of your team of specialists to facilitate leadership skills and to successfully execute projects.
To ensure success, you will have a proven track record building relationships across several business leadership teams. You will have the ability to work at a strategic level whilst taking a hands on approach to delivery and be an advocate for core continuous improvement techniques.
