Having undergone significant change and with a mandate of continuous improvement in innovation and responsiveness to customer needs, the collaborative Human Resources Team partners with executive leadership and managers to provide strategic and operational expertise and an integrated approach to key initiatives.



A newly created Human Resources Business Partner role has become available, for a Human Resources Practitioner who has broad depth of generalist operational experience, in addition to strategic consultancy experience and can seamlessly merge the two.



Working closely with business groups, managers, and the Human Resources team, you will guide Human Resources goals and objectives, scope projects and share analysis of business needs to test thinking. Commercial, business and strategic knowledge will ensure the cost effective solutions you champion mitigate risk and add real value to business and people performance, with tangible results.



In addition to where you have respectfully challenged and truly collaborated with the business and Human Resources team, you will demonstrate where you have leveraged and fully utilised your generalist experience and understanding, to strategically enable the business.
