As part of the broader People Team, this role will provide strategic business partnering across performance management, work health and safety, staff development and training, employment and industrial relations, talent management and remuneration. Key stakeholders respond best to a direct, concise communication style and the ability to deliver thought leadership which is practical and takes into account risk, and return on investment.



Well developed organisational skills are essential in this fast paced and evolving environment, and your strong customer service focus will be an example to staff of all levels. Experience advising on change management in a unionised commercial environment will be well regarded and you will be able to articulate where you have made measurable improvements both culturally and in capability or profitability.
