Performance Test Manager required for a dynamic, exciting and trading company in Central London. My client has 25 years experience in this industry and have 300 top IT consultants including 50+ testers. This position offers the successful Performance Test Manager a diverse range of technical challenges, the opportunity to learn cutting edge emerging technologies, tools, skills and work with some of the best testers in the London.

The Performance Test Manager will be responsible for leading and evolving the Performance Testing Practice, team leadership, stakeholder management and performance test strategies.

The Performance Test Manager will have;

• Experience of leading a Performance Test Team


• Building and defining non-functional test approaches, deliverables and data


• Strong JMeter experience - Java programming is desirable


• A strong command of Unix and Unix / Shell scripting


• Continuous Integration experience - Jenkins, TeamCity desirable


• Expert in Agile


• A knowledge of high volume transactional systems or trading systems desirable

The Performance Test Manager will receive a package of:

• £65,000 - £75,000 basic salary
