Senior Regulatory Reporting Accountant

Our client, a financial institution in Melbourne, are looking for a Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join their team for 9 months.



The role will involve submitting monthly and quarterly reports to the parent company in the US, complete and accurately reporting of financial results, establish relationships with key stakeholders, improve on processes and controls as well provide regulatory analysis and reporting insights to management.



To be considered for this role you will be CA or CPA certified, preferably from a professional services background with experience of regulatory reporting with large, corporate clients. Stakeholder management experience and the ability to identify and implement change. You will have experience and knowledge of Australian and US GAAP, understanding of Oracle GL and federal Reserve / SEC knowledge. Also strong MS Excel, process improvement and project management ability would be beneficial.



This role is to start ASAP for a period of 9 months.
