Searching for a Process Analyst with Excel expertise to work with an established program supporting DHS in downtown DC. Metro accessible location.

The CSC Team provides IT support to the US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) for the majority of their fielded software applications and systems. USCIS is part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and is the sole US government agency dealing with all immigration and citizenship applications for the person immigrating into the United States; about 8 million applications per year. We support over 400 offices in a world-wide environment with high quality software solutions.
Essential Job Functions
- Plans, designs and recommends business processes to improve and support business activities.
- Assist with development of program monthly status reports and deliverables
- Maintain program databases and archives
- Process labor data, analyze and generate reports to assist in managing/controlling charges
- Update the Labor Classification Database and certify labor category for incoming staff
- Provide Tools and Process support for EV/Budget Planning
- Provide assistance to MS Excel Macro/Automation support
- Develop cost models and tools to assist the PMO and PMs with managing to budget
- Assist with subcontractor administration and management process
Qualifications:
Contract Requirements
•Must be a U.S. Citizen
•Must be able to obtain/maintain a USCIS 6C clearance (level of Public Trust clearance)
•Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience working in a program management support capacity with direct interaction with program/project managers, and program stakeholders
•Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience with each of the following:- MS Word
- MS Power Point
- MS Excel
•Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience creating macros
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
- Two or more years of business management or related experience
- Experience working with account management systems
- Experience implementing processes

- Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Communication skills
- Personal computer and business solutions software skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
