Currently entering an exciting growth phase, in terms of both product and market development this highly reputable organisation specialising in servicing the transportation industry has an urgent need for an accomplished Accountant. This is an outstanding opportunity to become an integral part of a small, dynamic management team in a forward moving company. This position requires an immediate start and is initially being offered on a temporary basis with a view to permanency for the right candidate.



Reporting to the Finance Manager the day to day responsibilities of this role include daily reconciling of intercompany accounts, reconciling up to general ledger, preparation of journals, accruals and assisting in the monthly company accounts. You will also conduct variance analysis, assist with BAS, assist with ad hoc financial reports and preparing diesel fuel rebate claims.



You will have demonstrable experience in all of the duties outlined above, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to integrate into an established team environment easily. You will also be a motivated self starter with the ability to work unsupervised. Previous experience using Beacon is preferable but not essential.
