To be successful, you will need to supervise and implement HR policies and work flow, manage the subordinates, ensure the normal operation of staffing, C&B, policy & regulation and employee relation, etc. You will also be in charge of the recruitment work of office staff (assistant manager level above).



To excel this role, you should have 10+years HR working experience. Your polished interpersonal and communication skills are vital for dealing directly with the senior management team.
