Voice and Data Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Voice and Data Project Manager.



The Project Manager will ensure the effective delivery of VDN (Voice and Data Network) services. You will be responsible for owning high impact problems associated with VDN and managing through to resolution, including root cause analysis.

You will come from a Project Management background

You will provide specialist technical support and analysis for elements of the VDN infrastructure, including voice systems, network monitoring and capacity planning. Alongside this, you will provide technical expertise, support and effectively manage delivery of agreed projects & changes.



As well as the hands on element to this role, you will be required to oversee the delivery of a number of projects. Furthermore, you will provide technical input to help define and deliver the VDN strategy and service catalogue as well as being accountable for defining and managing the VDN roadmap.



To be considered for this vacancy, you must be able to cover both the technical aspect of this role as well as delivering the required change. Stakeholder management will play a vital part of this role.



Key skills and experience;

- Data Networking skills within a large complex estate - multi vendor environment

- Service Management with major Service Providers

- Competent in front of the business with good stakeholder management skills.

- Priority management and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

Desirable;

- Voice experience - PBX/IPT/ Voice cloud services

- Experience of Cloud Data Services - e.g. Wireless.

- Project Management Skills (Prince2/APM)

- ITIL Certification
