With over 100 offices and routes around the global they are definitely an organization that could bring your career to the next level. Currently, there is an urgent requirement for a Assistant Business Development Manager to join their contract logistics division in Singapore.
Your primary responsibility is to support the Logistics business development team in developing and acquiring new business successfully. There are revenue and profitability targets that need to be hit in the next 3 to 5 years and you will assist in achieving these targets. You will sell and market complex contract logistics solutions to multinational and national corporations. This opportunity provides a unique chance to speak to C level decision makers and other key personnel in these global organizations. Your performance will be measured by your ability to bring in new revenue and new accounts to the business. Your daily tasks revolve around business negotiations and account management. Essentially, your aim is to develop a consistent sales pipeline for the contract logistics division.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior sales/ BD executive to take their career forward.
To qualify for this role, you must have at least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the contract logistics industry. You have a track record in sales and account management with a flair for business negotiation and sales pitches. You are an effective relationship builder with a good knowledge of the logistics industry.
