We are currently recruiting for a leading Industry Association who are passionate about the protection of children and are now looking for a just as passionate and committed Senior Policy Officer to join their expanding organisation. You will work closely with the Research and Policy unit who work to positively represent the position of its members and enhance its position as the national peak body.



This role will require you to conduct research and analyse and make strategic recommendations in relation to social policy in a logical and concise manner. Your ability to pose a well thought out and balanced argument will prove an invaluable skill in order to successfully carry out this role. You will be required to give high level advice and make informed decisions from a regulatory and policy perspective by considering all possible environmental factors and data from a range of sources.



A tertiary qualification in public policy, law, social science or a related area as well as experience in a similar role is essential.



Experience in Child Protection Legislation will be viewed favourably.
