My client is a high profile Financial Services firm who require a high calibre and experienced, ITIL Certified Problem and Incident Manager with a Service Delivery Management background for its team based in South London.
As IT Problem and Incident Manager, the successful candidate will Manage IT Incidents that are of high severity, impact and are likely not to be visible to Senior Business Management. You will also be expected to manage operational processes for IT Incident Management, Problem Management and ensure these are adopted and adhered to across the business. You will ensure IT Problems are prioritised - and where unable to do so, individually escalate issues as appropriate. You will establish the underlying cause of service incidents in order to minimise or prevent disruption to the Business & it's customers, by driving accountable support teams to carry out Root Cause Analysis and implement adequate mitigation, to prevent a reoccurrence of further incidents.
To be considered for the role, you must hold an ITIL Qualification and have previous experience in IT Problem and Incident Management - your CV must reflect this. You must have extensive Stakeholder Management experience, excellent communication skills and ideally have worked in a Financial Services / Insurance environment.
