A custom building group who have grown extensively over the past 3-4 years based on their ability to service the requirements of clients who have challenges that most builders are not equipped to deal with are requiring the services of an estimating all-rounder to work in both sales and production estimating capacity.



With interests in high-end custom builds over $1mil to large scale townhouse projects, this company prides itself on its ability to deliver a wide variety of projects with varying degrees of challenges making this an extremely enticing opportunity for an estimator seeking new challenges away from the everyday repetition of a volume builder.



As the successful candidate you will be required to complete a variety of production and sales estimating functions ranging from producing full bills and quantity take-offs of custom designed projects, updating and maintaining variation price books, liaising with sales staff re contract pricing and coordinating materials with suppliers and supervisors.



In order to be successful in this role you it is essential that you will have proven experience in a sales estimating role with a domestic building group with production estimating exposure an advantage. You will have excellent construction knowledge and an ability to interpret highly detailed construction drawings. Previous Databuild experience is an advantage however software experience on Timberline and Buildsoft will be considered.
