Property Accountant (P/Q)

A growing, and impressive REIT company in Dublin City Centre, has a newly created job for a part qualified accountant to add to their expanding team. This company has gone from strength to strength and built their portfolio, specifically in residential and impressive commercial properties across Ireland.Their portfolio includes Business Parks in South Dublin, luxury apartment complex's, and 5⢠hotels.



The duties of this role will include posting of monthly journals, monthly REIT bank reconciliation's, assist in the prep of monthly accounting, audits and month ends. There will be ad hoc projects which will require you to assist the Senior Finance team also.



This role will require the candidate to demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for this industry and have an excellent commercial acumen. The successful candidate will be a part qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/AITI) and from a property background with ideally an Accounting Degree. YOu must have strong analytical skills and communicate very well to all levels within a business. SAP experience is beneficial also.
