To support our growth we are looking for talented individuals who hold degree level education and typically have a between 3-5 years of experience, and a proven customer facing technology consulting background to join our team. Successful candidates will work on transformational server and virtual infrastructure projects delivering consulting services and solutions across a wide range of clients, both in the public and private sectors. You will contribute to HP's success by delivering on customer projects and by providing technical input into deal proposals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and delivering physical server and virtualised infrastructure & migration solutions with exciting leading edge technologies

• Contributing to the delivery of projects to high levels of quality that provide profitable business for HP and excellent customer satisfaction

• Working closely with our clients to understand their requirements

• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the HP team and with the client

• Sharing knowledge and providing coaching, guidance and leadership to colleagues

Successful individuals should be willing to undergo Security Clearance. We are recruiting candidates for projects across the UK therefore a genuine willingness to travel for relevant project work with our clients is essential.

Qualifications
Qualifications

Candidates will have strong knowledge of enterprise class physical & virtualised compute infrastructures and workload migration projects gained through involvement in the design, implementation, and testing of complex solutions for enterprise customers. Experience of IaaS and PaaS hybrid cloud platforms, automation & workflow tools, and scripting will be advantageous.

Candidates will hold degree level education and typically have a between 3-5 years of experience of the following:

• Server infrastructure design & build (experience of network and storage is an advantage)

• Server virtualisation design & build with VMware or Microsoft suites

• Physical and virtual workload migration planning and execution

• Windows and/or Linux Server operating systems and core services

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in consultative skills, operate in a customer facing role, and be able to communicate effectively in a clear and concise manner appropriate for the audience.

Candidates should preferably hold certifications within relevant product groups. Relevant training will be provided through an ongoing process of career development discussion between individual and manager.
