This leading organisation provides world class consulting engineering, management and specialist technical services to clients around the globe and their projects are widely recognised for engineering and technical excellence.



An exciting opportunity currently exists for a client facing Technical Director to lead their Building Services team based in Wellington. You will apply the latest technologies to their expanding workload of major projects, take on significant design responsibilities and play a key part in technical project delivery.



You will be responsible for the growth and financial management of the business and be capable in marketing their technical services. You will need experience in putting together building services tender documents and fee proposals for new build design and refurbishment project work. You will also be expected to motivate and mentor the technical building services team and provide leadership, operational management, technical training and staff development.



You will have a relevant qualification either in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related Building Services discipline. You will have senior management experience in a building services position, have strong technical ability with the overall experience of leading project teams and mentoring staff. You will have excellent communication skills, and proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
