Our client is a long-standing leader in Facility Management Services in Australia. Due to continued growth, they are in search of a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly Sales and Service team based in Brookvale.
You will be acting as the first point of contact for customers calling in with general inquiries, job requests and occasional complaints handling. Where appropriate, you will be converting incoming inquiries from potential new clients into sales to grow business. There will be no cold calling in this role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telephone-based customer service roles with long tenure in previous positions. A history of working with service technicians will also be highly advantageous , as is previous experience in sales.
The fantastic offices are based in Brookvale and office hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.00pm The salary is $50-55K + Super depending on experience and you will be eligible for monthly team bonuses.
